  1.0 MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Participate in business projects with responsibility to ensure KEY SEGMENT customer quality requirement be well identified, understood, fulfilled by SKF organizations.
Coordinator customer and factories to carry out the customer audits and work with factory for related corrective actions;
Drive assigned customer complaint cases, including to set up sorting activities either at SKF or at customer site.
To contribute through all activities to an improved and enhanced customer experience.
To performing various training to frontlines as needed on quality tools, methods and QMS

2.0 KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

2.1 Education
Bachelor degree with major in engineering or similar

2.2 Knowledge / Skills
Solid knowledge & experience on the latest quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, IRIS)
Customer focused, fact based decision way of working;
Fluent use of quality tools to lead on Problem solving, initiatives, projects
Able to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external parties (customers and suppliers) on all levels
Good planning, organizing and follow up of cross-function team work,
Strong analytical, influence, facilitation skills is a good plus;
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
Skilled to use computer and tools like Excel, Power point, Minitab, Outlook or Lotus Notes
