Channel Quality Supervisor
Reporting Line: Quality Manager
Work Location: Shanghai
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Control and Manage whole quality control issues including channel quality,
metrology and laboratory
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Supervise overall Channel quality.
? Manage/support channel QE and inspector.
? Manage metrology and metallurgical laboratory.
? Organize daily non-conforming products review.
? Support production to reach product quality target through continuous
quality improvement activity.
? Provide quality management method and training for channel quality team and
production.
? Organize and follow channel audit (internal and external).
? Report and analyze channel quality data.
Required EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
? Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering.
? 7+year relevant working experience preferably in automotive components
manufacturing industry.
? Knowledge of ISO/TS16949;2002, PPAP and APQP, MSA and Process audit skill
etc.
? In-depth understanding of the quality management tools such as DOE, 8D
methods etc.
? Team leadership skill.
? Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
? Good English in both written and spoken.
