PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Control and Manage whole quality control issues including channel quality, metrology and laboratory控制并管理所有质量问题包括通道质量、计量和实验室

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise overall Channel quality管理及控制所有通道质量
Manage/support channel QE and inspector管理/支持通道质量工程师和检验员
Manage metrology and metallurgical laboratory管理计量和金相实验室
Organize daily Non-conforming products review组织与进行日常不良品检讨
Support production to reach product quality target through continuous quality improvement activity 通过不断进行质量改进支持生产达到生产质量目标
Provide quality management method and training for channel quality team and production为通道质量小组和生产部人员提供质量管理方法及培训
Organize and follow channel audit(internal and external)组织并跟进内外部通道稽核。
Report and analyze channel quality data汇报并分析通道质量数据
Responsible for the production department EHS activities and implementation feedback, provide adequate resources and responsible for the identification and update of EHS influencing factors and hazards involved in the department. Make all production work meet the requirements of EHS management system.负责生产部的EHS活动和执行情况反馈，提供充分的资源并负责本部门内涉及的EHS影响因素和危险源的识别和更新；使各项生产工作符合EHS管理体系的要求。

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Required
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering本科机械工程或汽车工程专业
7+year relevant working experience preferably in automotive components manufacturing industry7年以上汽车零部件行业工作经验
Knowledge of ISO/TS16949;2002, PPAP and APQP, MSA and Process audit skill etc熟悉ISO/TS16949;2002, PPAP, APQP, MSA和过程审核技巧
In-depth understanding of the quality management tools such as DOE, 8D methods etc深入了解质量管理工具，如：DOE, 8D报告等
Team leadership skill有团队领导能力
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills良好的沟通能力和人际关系
Good English in both written and spoken英文口语和书面表达流利

RELEVANT EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR THIS POSITION:
Certificate in Quality Academy within SKF.
Leadership skill training

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Office environment
Daily exposure to work in channels.

TRAVEL:
Few business trips as is required.
