Job Description:

1. Arranging the process of service from reception of the order to issuing invoice, filing and check with the accounting department and share the necessary information.

2. Ensuring service report to be properly prepared on time for each service job, making the invoice draft.

3. Monthly service reports, per assigned by manager.

4. Assisting Sales Logistic to issue internal order and offering full information including shipyard, Hull No and service content.

5. Following up the feedback from shipyards and customers about the service.

6. Keeping Shanghai Consignment Stock in order.

7. Filing including incoming & outing master.

8. Ensuring service report to be properly prepared on time for each service job, making the invoice draft.

9. Assisting Sales Logistic to issue internal order and offering full information including shipyard, Hull No and service content.

10. Arranging postage & courier.

11. Purchase service necessity including working uniform, gloves, helmets, shoes and tools.

12. Negotiate the payment condition, extra cost confirmation etc. with customers.

13. Issue English & tax invoice (either manually or via computer system) and deliver to customer timely & in intact.

14. Update the drawings in the worksheet regularly.

15. Record take-in & take-out list of bonding tools and glues in order to facilitate sorting and arrangement.

16. Any other duty required to ensure the Company operates most efficient.


Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification

2. Experience in international trading and domestic trading.

3. Experience in order administration.

4. Good communication skill.

5. Fluent in oral and written English

6. Excellent skill in Excel, word, PPT etc.

7. Experience in ERP system for example Kingdee is preferred.

8. Understand Marine Business, or interest in Marine Business.
