We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Content Communication Manager to drive the 2 Value proposition (Product and Rotating Equipment Performance) for SKF China. The idea candidate is passionate about content creation and program management with proven experience of using scalable tools to increase brand recognition, product adoption and engagement for B2B Audience. The content Communication manager will be accountable for overall content strategy and content creation with programmatic approach to serve the dynamic content needs. This person will also work internally in a cross-function manner, collaborating with teams across Marketing Business Partner to identify the content our target audience needs and turning it into scalable marketing programs through suitable channels. Lastly, the Content Communication Manager will own testing and measurement, optimizing for what drives engagement and reporting the impact of the content marketing on the business growth.
Primary Responsibilities Include
？ Accountable for major China campaigns’ content generation
？ Manage and create original China specific product marketing content and educational curriculum and prioritize content creation requests in accordance with team guidelines.
？ Support on global content localization with prioritization model.
？ Establish the KPIs for content performance tracking. Report regularly.
？ Be able to move quickly to adapt our business operations to keep pace with industry changes.
？ Working with other global stakeholders to develop strategies to grow touchpoints and improve content creation efficiency to achieve team goals.
？ Be the guardian and bar raiser for any advertising related content creation in China.
？ Excellence oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
？ 8+ years relevant working experience in marketing
？ 4+ years’ experience managing and measure content marketing
？ Proven track record establishing programs end-to-end from the ground up
？ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other related field or equivalent experience.
？ Experience developing content marketing programs for a large brand or business
？ Experience in B2B, engineering technical product/service
？ Strong analytic and quantitative skills-ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs-intermediate level Excel skills
