SKF China is seeking an experienced Marketing Supervisor/Manager. This person will play a key role in the marketing and communication strategies and in telling the stories of marketing activities to ensure the market engagement.
？ Focus on the business target, work closely with business line in developing the marketing and communication strategy to drive user awareness, engagement, and brand reach in specific industry.
？ Help to improve the sales efficiency by providing market insights to business line base on specific business scenario.
？ Manage marketing projects secure the MarCom strategy landing as planned and as expected.
？ Work closely with operation team to secure daily marketing collateral production
？ Manage Marcom Activity calendar, project timelines and expenses budget.
？ Evaluate effectiveness of every Marcom activity; make regular Marcom Activity report and report it out to all stakeholders
？ Bachelor degree or above
？ At least 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales; experience in manufacturing related industry is preferred
？ Strong message drafting and editing in both Chinese and English
？ Energized and self-motivated personality
？ Open-minded, good team communication skill
