We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Corporate Communication Manager to strengthen the corporate positioning in Greater China through focused, attractive and trustworthy communication activities.
Communication and Branding
? Coordinate Media relations, web communications, future employee communications (employer branding), brand positioning and identity.
? Further develop social media to attract target group followers
? Safeguard a good publishing policy to the media. Build relationship with key journalists of target media.
? Support in the launch and implementation of the new Corporate identity program for SKF, make good use of storytelling
? High-light the importance of compliance
? Ensure unified branding image and key message in SKF factories & local offices & business partner sites.
? Ensure good visual communication, update outstanding photos, video’s, regularly
? Safeguard that we are good corporate citizens and that we build relations locally with authorities, international communities, etc.
? Support and promote - internally and externally - SKF's sustainability programs and achievements,
? Manage the Waterfall of All project (admin, organize site visits, project selection process, …)
? Be a strong driver for continuous roll out of the Business Code of Practice to the full Greater China organization.
? Ensure the establishment of local crisis committees and coordination of those when needed, including preparations and appropriate training as well as ensuring that Business Continuity Plans are in place.
Training and Competence Development
? Provide communications training to all categories in need, be it communication professionals, HR, General Managers, service engineers, etc.
? Organize regular media training for our GM’s and managers
? Participate, organize, implement regional and group projects related to communications and employer branding
? More than five years of experience from a senior marketing/communication position in B2B engineering technical product/service
? Extremely strong verbal as well as writing skills in English and Mandarin, as you will write press releases, web content, speeches and more.
? Master or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other related field or equivalent experience.
