- Analyses and acts on market and competitor intelligence to implement the most relevant sales activities
-Manage and support the distributor develop the new market, acquires new customer
-Collect market information and help company develop new product meet the market requirement
-Collect the competitor information help the company make the right strategy
- Work with internal R&D, marketing team support new product market develop
- Work with technical team handle the customer complain
- Daily order handle and quote handle.
Technical knowledge of mechanical or seals application and manufacturing process will be prefer;
Strong marketing and sales planning skills, with good business acumen;
Good thinking on formulating plan and target achievement;
Excellent communication skills with various functional levels both internally and externally;
Good English and Mandarin skills both writing and oral
Willing to deal with complicated customers’ relationship independently and set up good and long-term cooperation relationship with customers;
Strong learning ability and work well under great pressure.
