A Achieve sales turnover and margin rate target in region
1 Execute sales routine (contract, order, payment, and claim) according to company’s procedure.
依据公司章程执行日常销售工作，包括合同、订单 、付款 、索赔等
2 Sales and market analysis make the accurate forecast for monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenues.
3 Develop new product sales channel based on company sales strategy and project management.
B Distributors’ management and development.
1 Manage the distributors' network and coordinate with customers to avoid internal competition.
2 Identify sales opportunities for customers; fully support customers' daily business and development of new product.
3 Explore the local market situation, complete distributors network development based on company sales strategy, cancel national whole-sale dealers and develop new distributors.
4 With PD, conduct product sales and technical training for customers periodically and compatibly, solve the problems independently and efficiently to satisfy the customers.
5 Support customers to sale product and understand the requirements from terminal customers.
6 Develop the 2nd level market and spread the brand of SKF.
C Must be able to demonstrate strong teamwork in & out of department
1 Collect the market information, competitors' activity and plan etc, make favorable proposal to company.
2 Cooperate with FD on money collection, credit reviews and invoice etc.
3 Cooperate with PD; explore new product sales and product information collection etc.
4 Fully support and cooperate with all the other departments based on company requirement to achieve our targets
College or above in related field, major of automotive is preferable
Proficient in PC operation skill, presentation skill
Excellent communication skills
Willing to travel frequently
Independent, work under high pressure
Good English communication skill is preferable
Experience of IAM automotive spare parts will be a plus advantage
Motivational skills and negotiation skills
Understanding of the automotive market
Understanding, awareness and adaptation of future Market trends
