- Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

- Knowledge / Skills

- Technical knowledge of mechanical or bearing application; manufacturing process in the related segments is a plus

- Well versed in sales and commercial practices

- Good planning, coordination, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

- Ability to do strategic planning and result oriented

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin (CET 4 minimum )

- Data analysis with Excel or other database is a plus

- Good presentation Skill is a must

- Good Negotiation skill is a plus

- at least 5-8 years industrial sales experience, including key account management

- Frequent travelling is a must


- To develop KA group long term and short term business strategy and related BP plan down to regional and / or ADD level and ensure success

- Active actor, communicator ,leader and problem solver between SKF and KA group to push KA group accept SKF driving KA business model

- To design or develop win-win business model for KA and SKF which adaptable to both SKF and KA group

- To be responsible for KA central agreement bidding and / or KA on-line bidding

- To implement new business model at SKF internal and externally after central agreement signing or win on-line bidding

- For Central Agreement with ADD as service partner ,ensure ADD service performance reach SKF requirement

- To drive, motivate ADD and Regional sales in KA business development

- Regularly sales performance analysis and improvement action plan

- To facilitate and resolve cental agreement daily operation issues during Central Agreement implementation

- To plan annual marketing activity to promote SKF image and business development

- To set up and maintain good relationship with KA HQ and plants

- To team work with other functional team locally or globally to further develop SKF business

- To create and / or establish success story regarding KA and replicate in KA group

- To lead and implement REP project in KA group and/or at plant level

- Regularly share and propaganda SKF SS with KA group to improve SKF image

- To reach KA select SKF as strategical partner

- To lead and coordinate activities cross functional (eg. technical departments, customer service, business development)

- To represent SKF as the knowledge engineering company providing value propositions through the all SKF platforms;

- To optimize the total business life cycle of the SKF offering

- To be responsible for achieving profitable growth, pricing and cost development and contribute to scorecard targets (operational and strategic);

- To be responsible for acting on good quality of the order book and timely payments together with customer service and other relevant stakeholders;

- To follow management instructions and procedures; to report Environment Health and Safety (EHS) risks and EHS related incidents; to follow quality specifications and requirements, and identify quality risks and opportunities for improvement.
