  • Overall responsibility for the new business model and related strategies in emerging market;
  • Introduces designs and establishes systems, procedures standard and policies for developing new business in China in coordination and with support from product design/engineering, AE, CEE operation, finance, project management and HR;
  • Focus on the user group, deep insight of user needs, estimate their potential needs and development trend;
  • Monitors market developments of new business in China: current and possible futures market segments, current and possible future competitors; participates in the development of company and sales strategies;
  • Ownership of the new business model analyzing, planning and realization in the organization, providing improvement suggestion;
  • Create and setup presentations and calculations needed for strategic decisions and documentation;
  • Participates in decision and discount making process for product related key points together with standard operation, product management and sales projects;
  • Prepares and coordinates the forecast for new business in China to the team as internal inputs, and also participates in overall business profitability contribution designing and planning.


  • Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical or bearing application and manufacturing process in the related segments
  • Well versed in sales and commercial practices
  • Good planning, coordination, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • 3-5 years industrial sales experience, including key account management
